Capri’s Italian Easley was born from a unique moment in Greenville’s history. When Donaldson Air Force Base brought servicemen from the North, so came the craving for authentic Italian food. Julius N. “Cap” Capri saw the need and answered it with passion and purpose. What started as a simple idea quickly became a place where tradition found a new home.
